By accessing and using this Learning Management System (LMS), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. Eligibility
This LMS is intended solely for individuals who are:
– Enrolled in our training programs,
– Seeking to earn or maintain a professional license through the completion of coursework provided.
3. User Responsibilities and Academic Integrity
You agree to:
– Complete all course materials, quizzes, tests, and assignments independently and with honesty.
– Refrain from cheating, plagiarism, or any form of academic dishonesty.
– Not impersonate another person or allow someone else to complete coursework on your behalf.
Any violation of these principles may result in:
– Immediate suspension or termination of your access to the LMS,
– Revocation of any certificates or course completion records issued,
– Notification to the appropriate licensing authority, where applicable.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All course content—including but not limited to videos, slides, written material, quizzes, assessments, graphics, and software—is the exclusive property of IncSys Academy and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You are strictly prohibited from:
– Downloading, copying, recording, screenshotting, or otherwise reproducing any course content;
– Sharing, distributing, selling, or publishing course materials in any format, physical or digital;
– Using the content for commercial purposes or incorporating it into other works.
Violation of these provisions may result in legal action, in addition to termination of your access.
5. Use License
Permission is granted to enrolled students to temporarily access the course materials for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:- Modify or copy the materials;
– Use the materials for any commercial purpose;
– Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the LMS;
– Transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server.
6. Disclaimer
The materials on the LMS are provided “as is”. IncSys Academy makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.
7. Limitations
In no event shall IncSys Academy or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the LMS.
8. Modifications
IncSys Academy may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this LMS you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms and Conditions.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Washington, USA and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
